DMCA Policy

KamarFilm respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page outlines our policy regarding copyright infringement notices.

1. No Hosted Content

KamarFilm does not host, upload, store, or distribute any copyrighted media content. We are a metadata and discovery platform that uses publicly available APIs (primarily TMDB) to display movie and TV show information such as titles, descriptions, posters, and ratings.

2. Embedded Players

Any video content accessible through links on KamarFilm is streamed from third-party embed providers. We do not control, operate, or maintain these third-party services. Copyright holders wishing to remove embedded content should contact the respective embed service providers directly.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on KamarFilm infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to dmca@kamarfilm.pages.dev:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The specific URL(s) on kamarfilm.pages.dev where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@kamarfilm.pages.dev with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

5. Response Time

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 24–48 hours of receipt. We will promptly remove or disable access to any content that is found to be infringing upon verification.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, KamarFilm maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers.
